Terms of Service
1. Plans and Billing
Tinflow offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:
- Free Plan: Provides access to core features including unlimited members, all premium models, and up to 10,000 starting credits at no cost
- Pro Plan: Billed monthly at $15 per user or yearly at $144 per user, with additional features including addon credits, increased file upload limits, and email support
- Charges are processed securely through Stripe using the payment method on file
- Adding a workspace member triggers a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing cycle
- Removing a member revokes access immediately and applies a prorated credit toward your next invoice
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your workspace billing settings
- Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you by email. Continued failure may result in a downgrade to the Free plan
- Refunds are available within 14 days of a charge. To be eligible, you must downgrade your plan within that period and submit a refund request to support@tinflow.com. Addon credits are non-refundable regardless of whether they have been used
2. Credits
- Free plan users receive a one-time allotment of 10,000 credits upon account creation
- Pro plan users receive 5,000 credits per month included with their subscription
- Additional addon credits may be purchased at any time and are shared across the workspace
- Addon credits do not expire as long as a paid subscription remains active
- If you cancel your subscription, unused addon credits are frozen and restored upon resubscription
3. License Terms
Tinflow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use the platform for personal or business use
- Create and store conversation threads and branching discussions
- Compare and analyze AI model responses
- Collaborate with your team members within a shared workspace
4. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the platform
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or billing mechanisms
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your workspace
5. Data Usage Terms
- We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
- You retain full ownership of your content and data
- We may use anonymized, aggregated data for product improvement
- AI-generated content should be reviewed for accuracy before use
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials
- You may export or delete your data at any time
6. AI Output and Content
- AI outputs may vary in accuracy and appropriateness
- Similar outputs may be generated for different users
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content
- We do not claim ownership of AI outputs generated for you
- Tinflow is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
7. Account Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time from your workspace settings
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, access to your workspace and data may be revoked
- We recommend exporting your data before cancelling your account
8. Warranty and Liability
- The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
- We are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of data or business interruption
- You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Tinflow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
