Frequently asked questions
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Tinflow service. We never sell your data to third parties. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You retain full ownership of your content and can export or delete it at any time.
Invoices are available in your workspace settings under Billing. Every invoice is automatically emailed to the billing contact on your account after each successful payment. You can also download past invoices directly from the billing portal.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not currently accept PayPal, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency.
Addon credits are purchased separately and used for features that go beyond your plan's included limits. Credits are shared across your workspace and never expire as long as your subscription is active. You can purchase additional credits at any time from the billing settings.
When you add a new member, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle. On your next renewal date, the full seat cost is included in your invoice. You will always see a preview of the charge before confirming.
You can add or remove members at any time from your workspace settings. Adding a member immediately grants them access and triggers a prorated charge. Removing a member revokes their access immediately, and any unused portion of their seat is applied as a credit toward your next invoice.
A paid seat is counted for every active member in your workspace. Pending invitations that have not been accepted do not count as paid seats. Workspace owners always occupy one seat.
When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing cycle. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period and your access to paid features continues until then.
You can cancel anytime from your workspace billing settings. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your workspace automatically moves to the free plan and no further charges are made.
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge over the following days and notify you by email each time. If the payment remains unsuccessful after the retry period, your workspace will be downgraded to the free plan. You can update your payment method at any time to restore access.
Unused addon credits carry over month to month and do not expire as long as your paid subscription remains active. If you cancel your subscription and move to the free plan, unused credits are frozen and will be restored if you resubscribe.
We offer refunds within 14 days of a charge. To be eligible, you must downgrade your account within that period and send a refund request to support@tinflow.com. Please note that addon credits are non-refundable regardless of whether they have been used or not. We'd love to hear your feedback, and will be happy to work with you to create the best experience possible.
